Vendors
Nestledown works with trusted and preferred vendors who know the layout and nuances of our 100+ year old home. However, if you have a preferred vendor these are allowed.
Capacity
Our event space comfortably hosts 50-75 guests.
Event Space
Ceremonies are held outside among the beautiful trees. Included in the event space is a full service kitchen where catering will be prepared. Lunch/Dinner will be served outside and also the option of serving on the wrap around porch. In the event of inclement weather, we will make every attempt to accommodate using our 20x20 tent.
Alcohol
Nestledown is a No Cash Bar Facility. All bars are hosted by the bride and groom or the family of the couple. To protect you and us - all alcohol must be stored and served by TABC certified bartender. We ask that you use one of our preferred bartenders.
Deposits & Payments
Once we’ve signed a contract to host your perfect event, to continue holding the date, we require a 50% deposit with the remainder due 30 days before your event.
We do request a credit card on file for any damages to the facility or grounds.
LGBTQ+
We support love in any form. This means we welcome all couples and will tailor and include aspect to make sure your day is perfect.
Average Cost
An all inclusive wedding held at Nestledown starts at $4,000 and dependent on number of guests. It includes all amenities. Catering, photography and officiant can be recommended or can be provided by bride and groom.
Vendor Rental
Usually, drop-off can be done at any time. If you having a same-day wedding all decorations and rental items must be picked up prior to midnight.
Nestledown provides an awesome venue, tables, upgraded wedding chairs, and lots of decor for the allotted amount of time.
Clean Up
Our expectation for the venue is to leave it how it was given to you. Trash bags will be provided and will be removed to our dumpster by Nestledown member on site.
Table & Chairs
We have both rectangle and round tables for rent. Additionally, we offer chair rental for your event.
Wedding Day Coordinator
Nestledown does not include a day of coordinator with your package. However, we do have a team leader on the property throughout the ceremony and reception of your big day. We are here to help you however we can (be an extra set of hands decorating, answer questions from your vendors and direct them as necessary, etc.) Their goal is to do everything possible to help your day go smoothly and ensure your day is as stress-free as possible! (But we still don't consider them a day-of wedding coordinator.)
